    The hotel has a nice decoration. The room is clean and nice. Bathroom is also clean and big （Executive Deluxe Room） with a good warm water mixing valve. Breakfast is very good and has enough options. The location is a bit far away from wander places. However, there are several local food shops around hotel. The service is very good. Hotel have specificed foreigner employment to take care foreigner guests that good in english communication and beautiful. There are sufficient bussiness facilities to serve guests that included complementary snack, coffee, tea and water.

    When our guests are happy, we are happy too. Therefore, we are constantly improving our facilities and service to satisfy everyone's needs. Thank you for sharing those kind thoughts about your stay. For us, both domestic, and international guests are very important, thus we employed some foreign staff for improved communication and care. Regarding the location, our shuttle service operates daily to nearby metro station, entertainment & restaurant area and HK border to minimize the distance as much as possible.

    距离高新区的客户很近，服务餐饮都不错。 就是司机不太知道，打车不是很方便。

    It is a new business hotel, very clean. The staff are friendly and provided excellent service. When they noticed that we have to get two taxis to go to the art centre, they offered a shuttle, which is a Benz, for us free. The only problem is that many taxi driver dont know the location of the hotel!
